Logient is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the large Employee Experience team. Responsibilities

Understand internal or external recruitment needs
Execute the complete recruitment process (sourcing, post mandates, search for candidates, prequalify candidates, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, carry out various checks and professional references as well as submit job offer)
Candidate onboarding
Update the database with candidate information
Creatively use search tools and social media
Achieve service levels like time to fill and quality of hires. Achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets
Collaborate with account managers and operations managers in the execution of mandates

Experience

Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment experience
Trained in a sector related to the professional environment (business administration, sales, professional services)
In-depth knowledge of web platforms and social media
Maintain a network of contacts, ideally in software development
Computer literacy, including with candidate tracking systems and MS Office applications
